Shipping Products 

Upon completion of your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the ordered products and your order number. Please note that in case of cash on delivery, in order to complete the order, we will be preceded by a phone call to the registered phone, in order to confirm the details. The order is shipped within 48 hours upon availability.

The shop-guide.gr makes deliveries to your place in 1 - 3 days depending on the area you are in (in remote areas up to 5 days).

Shipments of goods are made daily except Saturdays and Sundays, holidays and general strikes, except in cases where the courier company is unable for reasons due to its own fault to execute the delivery. We cooperate with GENERAL POST.

Once your order is confirmed and a shipping code is sent to you, you can follow the progress of your order by entering the GENERAL POST page and entering your shipping code.

Shipping charges 

For orders within Greece under 60€ shipping costs amount to 5€, for orders over 60 € shipping costs are FREE. Excluded are the products from the OUTLET category that, regardless of the amount, the shipping costs as well as any return are borne by the customer.

For shipments in Cyprus the shipping costs are borne by the customer, based on the current price list of GENERAL TRANSPORTATION and amount to 15€ .
