Shipping Products

 

Upon completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email with the ordered products and your order number. Please note that in case of cash on delivery, in order to complete the order, we will be preceded by a phone call to the registered phone, in order to confirm the details. The order is shipped within 48 hours upon availability.

The shop-guide.gr makes deliveries to your place in 1 - 3 days depending on the area you are in (in remote areas up to 5 days).

Shipments of products take place daily except Saturdays and Sundays, holidays and general strikes, except in cases where the courier company is unable to execute the delivery due to reasons within its own sphere of fault. We cooperate with GENERAL POST.

 

Mission search

Once your order is confirmed and a shipping code is sent to you, you can follow the progress of your order by entering the GENERAL POST page and entering your shipping code.

 

Shipping charges

For orders over 60 € within Greece the shipping costs are FREE, for orders under 60 € the costs amount to 5 €. For shipments in Cyprus the shipping costs are borne by the customer, based on the current price list of GENERAL TRANSPORT.
