Within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it and get your money back. The refund is always made at the original purchase price of the product, minus € 9.80 relating to shipping costs (€ 4.90 for shipping and another € 4.90 for the return of the product, to a bank account you will give us. Your money will be deposited within 14 working days from the moment we receive the products to be returned and if they meet the conditions for returned products.

* For orders under € 50 (value of products, without shipping) NO refunds.

In this case the customer must make a change (in the value of the product, the amount without shipping) or be sent a discount coupon for future order.

Modification of the terms hereof

The online store www.shop-guide.gr  reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The company undertakes the obligation to inform this text for any change or addition to the terms. The use of this website and the services provided on it presupposes, but also confirms the acceptance by the user of the pre-existing terms, as they apply, with the above indicative modifications, interventions and abolitions by the Company.
