RETURN POLICY

If the product you ordered does not satisfy you, you can make a change only by appointment, either via e-mail in our online store, or through our Facebook page (inbox), or by phone at 210 6897788.

Changes are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The cost  change charges the customer with a charge of 5 € for the return and other 5€ for resend in Greece in case it is done through the cooperating courier company (GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI).

Changes can be made in our physical store, so that you do not incur shipping costs. In case of change, you inform us and we immediately regulate the change process.

Every order sent by shop-guide.gr thoroughly checked, however there is always the possibility of human error. In the event that the reason for the return of the products concerns a mistake of the company or a defective product, the cost of returning the product is borne by itself, provided that the return will be made with the cooperating courier company.

Products that have a proven and obvious manufacturing error are characterized as defective. Products that show damage due to use and wear, are not considered defective and the company is not obliged in any case to replace them.

All products with obvious manufacturing defects will be replaced with the same product if available, otherwise the customer can choose anything else. However, the company reserves the right, in case of controversial complaints, to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection, in order to clarify whether the complaint has substance.

Upon return and new shipment of defective products, the customer is NOT charged for shipping costs.
If there is a difference in the price of the new item, it is borne by the customer. By the method of cash on delivery or by bank deposit depending on the resulting amount. If there is a balance, the customer has the opportunity to use it in the next order.


 Alternatively, you can visit our physical store with the product for exchange / return and the receipt or purchase invoice.

 To make a change:

  • Products must not be worn and / or worn, but in excellent condition exactly as shipped.
  • In case of return of shoes, the original box of the designer should accompany the shoes and not someone else. The box is not the shipping package of the shoes. For this reason, labels or packaging tapes should not be affixed to it.
  • The current product price is valid for the changes.
  • If you have purchased a product belonging to the OUTLET category, you will need to select a product from the same category again for the change. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

 

 

Delay in receipt

If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time, the customer will be informed by e-mail, in order to state if he wishes, in these circumstances, the checkout. The online store www.shop-guide.gr  bears no responsibility for any situation beyond its own fault and will do what is humanly possible to better serve the customer.

In case you are absent and do NOT receive your shipment, you should contact the courier company to keep your shipment in their store and make a new appointment, otherwise the shipments are kept for a few days at the courier branches and returned to us .In this case the shipping costs are borne by the customer in full (for return and resend 5 € + 5 € )


  * Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, ie without being unsealed or tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice. Otherwise we have the right not to accept the change.

 

Money return

 

Within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it and get your money back. Refunds are always made at the original purchase price of the product, less € 10 related to shipping costs (€ 5 for shipping and another € 5 for the return of the product, to a bank account that you will give us. The deposit of your money will within 14 working days from the moment we receive the returned products and if they meet the conditions for returned products.

* The products of the OUTLET section are excluded from the terms of the refund

 

* For orders under € 50 (value of products, without shipping) NO refunds.

In this case the customer must make a change (in the value of the product, the amount without shipping) or be sent a credit coupon for future order.



Modification of the terms hereof

The online store www.shop-guide.gr  reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The company undertakes the obligation to inform this text for any change or addition to the terms. The use of this website and the services provided on it presupposes, but also confirms the acceptance by the user of the pre-existing terms, as they apply, with the above indicative modifications, interventions and abolitions by the Company.

 

 

 

Cancellation policy


The customer reserves the right to cancel his order after first contacting via e-mail at info@shop-guide.gr or by phone at 2106897788.

The cancellation option given to the customer has a time limit until delivery to the transport company.

In case the product has been delivered to the shipping company or has been sent for delivery, the customer cannot cancel the order.

In this case, he must receive his order and then follow the return process.

In case of refusal of receipt or indifference to the receipt of the order or a similar malicious act on the part of the buyer, the buyer is obliged to deposit the shipping costs.

The online store www.shop-guide.gr reserves the right to appeal to justice in order to claim damages that may have occurred as a result of electronic or telephone order of the customer.
